The attorney’s fee for providing legal services to a client buying or selling apartments in Israel is relatively low and ranges from 0.5% to 2% + VAT from the transaction amount. The final amount of the fee is determined by the complexity of the transaction and depends on many conditions – the forms of registration and sale of an apartment (real estate registration bureau (“taboo”), the Israeli land administration, the settling company, the sale of arrested property, etc.), the presence of mortgage loans, the presence of arrests or securities, debts to the tax office, sale of unfinished apartments, apartments from the developer, etc.
